Zachary Louis Padilla, 23, of Greeley, passed away Sunday as a result of an accident.

Zach was born July 11, 1989 in La Junta to Frederick Padilla & Lucy Mendez. Zach was raised in Greeley and worked for Wal-Mart as an un-loader. He was a member of the Catholic Church and a huge Cowboys fan. He loved working on his car, racing and hanging out with family.

Zach is survived by his mother and step-father, Lucy & Jaime Santos; father, Frederick Padilla; daughter, Mia Melody Padilla; sisters, Linette, Francesca, and Breanna Padilla; brothers, Derrick, Adrian, and Isaac Padilla, and Justin Santos; brothers-in-law, EJ Sanchez and Victor Hernandez; sisters-in-law, Valerie and Renee Padilla; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his Grandpa Jessie, Nina Dawn, and cousin, Daniele Padilla.

Visitation will be held Monday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. Recitation of the Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church followed by interment in the Linn Grove Cemetery.
