Mary Essary, 86, of Eaton, passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 at her home.

She was born October 10, 1926 in Chapels Cove, Newfoundland to Thomas and Elizabeth Hawco. In 1948, she married John Essary. John and Mary moved to Eaton in 1999. John passed away August 11, 2002. Mary loved gardening, especially roses. She loved children and loved life.

She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Charlotte & Don Bishelli, brothers , Bill Hawco, Bernard Hawco, and Thomas Hawco, sisters, Angela Quinlan, Anne Stier, Tess Walker, Madeline Fleming, Flo Godfrey, and Gerth Vukas, 3 grandchildren, Deanne Haymond, Denise Lindey, and Hunter Bishell, great-grandchildren, Christopher Haymond, Kayley Haymond, Kelsey Haymond, Kyle Haymond, Kassi Lindsey, Ashylynn Lindsey, and Shaelynn Lindsey and a great great-grandson Sawyer Haymond.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Essary, her parents, Thomas and Elizabeth Hawco, an elder sister, Mary Hawco, Elizabeth Adams, Bridie Brayford, Tommy Hawco, twin of Tess.

Visitation will be Tuesday 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, Evans, Colorado. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Eaton Cemetery.
