Beverly Marie Hoyt, 75, of Fort Collins, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born December 23, 1949, in Jackson, Tennessee to Harold and Francis (Smith) Cochran. She was a 1969 graduate of Zion Benton High School in Zion, Illinois. On September 11, 1971, she married Arland Hoyt, and they moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in 1972. Beverly was employed by the Poudre School district where she worked for 22 years.

Survivors include a son, Nathan Hoyt of Greeley, a daughter, Melissa Brown of Eaton, sisters, Gloria Klotter and Cheryl Roberts, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

She is preceded by her husband, Arland Hoyt, her parents, Harold and Francis Cochran and a brother, Archie Cochran.

A visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 11th Avenue in Evans, Colorado. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery.
