Obituary

Emma Celeste Hendricks, 17, entered into rest on May 19, 2021. She was a beloved daughter/step-daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend to many.

She was born on August 30, 2003 in Sarasota Florida. She was a true Florida baby and loved walking on the beaches, swimming, and sunbathing. It was her intention to move back to Florida in the next couple of years because she enjoyed the warmth of the sun and missed being close to the water and spending time with her childhood friends.

Emma loved her first job making burritos and working side by side with her sister and stepfather where she made numerous friends. After moving to Greeley she found work as a cookie decorator where she also enjoyed eating them to satisfy her insatiable sweet tooth. Emma was to graduate from high school with her class this past May 22nd. While in school she played soccer with her sister, was a cheerleader, and had a flair for playing the cello with the school orchestra.

Emma had a spontaneous laugh that could light up the room and knew well the meaning of loyalty to both her family and friends. She was fearless and was ready to take the world by storm! She was a fierce competitor, especially when she played Mario Kart with her brother. She was also a talented artist and loved to draw, and experiment with how she wore her makeup, and many hair colors and styles.

She is survived, and will be missed, by her mother Samantha Elizabeth Hendricks and step-father John Carlo Grammatica; her sister, Kylie Elizabeth Hendricks, and brother, Mark Brennan Hendricks. Also her grandparents: Susan Geiger, Mary Greene Lee, William Hendricks.

Emma was predeceased by her father Jeffrey Scott Hendricks.
