Francisco Hernandez Avila, 30, of Greeley, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021, at North Colorado Medical Center.

He was born November 9, 1990, in Greeley to Baudelio & Lucila (Avila) Hernandez. He remained in Greeley his entire life.
Francisco was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church and was employed by Teasdale Foods. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Lucila Avila of Greeley, his brother, Miguel Hernandez of Greeley, sisters, Rosana Hernandez of Greeley, and Martha Hernandez of Zacatecas, Mexico, nephews, Orlando and Luis Conchas of Greeley and Erick, Omar, Juan Jose, and Alan Hernandez all of Zacatecas Mexico, nieces, Sarai and Brianna Conchas of Greeley.

He is preceded in death by his father, Baudelio Hernandez.

Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, with Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans, Colorado. A Liturgy of the Word will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 1311 3rd Street, Greeley, Colorado.
