Lulu Jaquez, 51, of Greeley, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at the North Colorado Medical Center.
She was born March 23, 1970, in Greeley, Colorado to Sabastian P. & Betty (Chavez) Lopez. She married Leopoldo Jaquez in Greeley and to this union 4 children were born. Lulu had a strong Catholic faith.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Betty & Jesus Garcia, her sons, Leopoldo, Jr. & Reynaldo Jaquez, her daughters, Andrea & Esperanza Jaquez all of Greeley, her brothers, Leo & Steve Lopez and Jesus Garcia, Jr., her sisters, Otilia Diaz & Maria Macias, and 8 grandchildren.
She was preceded by her husband, Leopoldo Jaquez, her father, Sebastian P. Lopez, and a son, Jose Jaquez.
A visitation to celebrate Lulu's life will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 23, 2021, with Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
