Nancy Lee Weber, 81, of Greeley, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 26, 2023, at McKee Medical Center.

She was born December 14, 1941, in Denver, Colorado to Ralph and Clara (Lessing) Horst. She graduated from Mapleton High School in 1959, before attending Colorado State University. On October 5, 1968, she married William Weber in Denver. Together they lived in many cities surrounding Denver including Northglenn, Westminster, and Broomfield.

Nancy worked for her family's company, Farmer's Tool & Supply in Denver, then dedicated herself to staying at home to raise their daughter, Tara. When Tara left the nest, Nancy worked as a Para Educator for Adams County District 12 for many years. She was a devout Christian and a member of the Westminster Church of the Nazarene in Westminster, Colorado, as well as Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in LaSalle, Colorado when she and Bill moved to Greeley. Nancy had a big heart for children and was a Sunday School teacher, AWANA teacher and she was an active 4-H Leader for Adams County 4-H and Rising Sun 4-H Club for over 30 years.

She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Weber of Greeley, a daughter, Tara (Justin) Rumsey of Greeley, a brother, Melvin (Patricia) Horst of Kersey, along with 2 grandchildren, Emily and Taylor "TJ" Rumsey as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Clara Horst, and a brother Ronald Horst.

A visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, in Evans. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 2, 2023, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 225 S. Sixth Street in LaSalle. Interment will follow at Linn Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church.
