Armita “Anna” M. Herrera, 70 of Gilcrest died Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Medical Center of the Rockies.

She was born November 11, 1947 to Abran O. & Rosarita (Rivera) Herrera in Johnstown, Colorado. She attended Johnstown Schools and was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnstown. She was employed by Hach Danaher, retiring in 2015.

Survivors include a son Marty (Amy) Martinez, 2 daughters, Anna Kaye (Mike) Hernandez and Kristi Lansing (Kirk Nuss) sisters, Susie (Isaiah) Vargas, Lucy (Juan) Indacoechea, Elaine (Abel) Rodriquez brothers, Nick Herrera, Albert Herrera, Dan Herrera, and Abe Herrera, Jr.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Abran & Rosarita Herrera.

A visitation will be held from 4-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, with the Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 6:30 p.m. A Liturgy of the Word Service will be held 1:00 p.m Thursday, February 22, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1000 Country Acres Drive in Johnstown.
