Arthur “Art” Grauberger, 74 of Ault, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the Poudre Valley Hospital in Ft. Collins.
He was born on August 26, 1940 in Greeley to Henry and Marie (Rutz) Grauberger.
Mr. Grauberger graduated from Eaton High School in 1957. Following graduation he went on to serve in the U.S. Army and later moved back to the Eaton area in 1963.
Art married Elizabeth Iva Doig on August 24, 1963 in Colorado Springs. Throughout his life he worked for different farms in the area. He ran the agriculture operation for Tateyama Farms for the last 42 years of his career.
Survivors include his wife Betty Grauberger of Ault; 2 sons, Arthur Grauberger Jr. of Ault and William (Brad) Grauberger of Prescott Valley, Arizona; a daughter, Charity Lynn Grauberger of Colorado Springs and 2 grandchildren, Braden Taylor Grauberger and Mackenzie Beth Grauberger both of Prescott Valley. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Celebration of life services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Evans Community Complex, 1100 37th Street in Evans.
