Barbara J. Born, 82 of Greeley passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014 at her home. She was born on June 5, 1932 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to Louis and Clara (Carver) Wintemberg. Barbara graduated as valedictorian from Andover High School in Andover, NY in 1950. In 1952, she graduated from Bryant & Stratton School of Business. She married in 1952 and had three children. Her first husband died in 1958. She then married Robert Born on September 11, 1959 and had another child. Barbara worked in various school districts from 1966 through 1991 when she retired. Barbara died peacefully at home and now resides with her Lord and Savior. Barbara is survived by her husband, Robert of Greeley; sister, Doris Mulconery of Andover, NY; son, Don of Greeley; daughter, Jacki Lebo (Alan Lebo) of Greeley; daughter, Debra Davis (Bubba Davis) of Angel Fire, NM; seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and a son, Gary. A memorial service to celebrate Barbara's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the Evangelical Free Church of Eaton, 1325 3rd Street in Eaton.
