Barbara Jean Tavenner's Obituary
Barbara Jean Tavenner, 76, of Greeley, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born February 27, 1948, in Greeley, Colorado to Rosie Louise Printz. After high school, she received an associates degree and went on to work for Safeway for 36 years before retiring. She married George Tavenner on April 14, 1993.
She is survived by her daughters, Wendy Beckel, Diana Richarson and Lisa Long, her brothers, Russell, Ronald and Timothy McLaughlin, and a sister, Ginger Warehime, 6 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her husband, George Tavenner, her mother, Rosie Printz McLaughlin, a daughter, Mary Deines, and a sister, Teresa McLaughlin.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
