Bethany Joy Mangum, 43, of Greeley passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

She was born on January 25, 1974, in Fresno, California to Robert & Beatrice “Tressa” (Mahy) Mangum. She previously worked at ABC Childcare and Longs Drugs. Beth loved all animals, especially her dogs Bam Bam, Cal, Benji, and Pixie, and her cats Abby and Cricket. She loved her family and spending time with her nieces and nephew. She could often be found crocheting hats and scarves for the Guadalupe Center. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. Her Christian faith was important to her and she liked to share it with others. She enjoyed singing and listening to Christian artists, and working in her flower and vegetable gardens. Her favorite places were Estes Park and Lake Tahoe, where she loved to fish and be outside in the beauty of the mountains.

She is survived by her parents, Robert and Tressa Mangum, her sisters Krista (Michael) Griffin, Heather (Michael) Guy, and her five nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sets of grandparents, Carlos and Miriam Mangum and G. Gordon and Helen Mahy.

Recitation of the Rosary will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2222 23rd Avenue in Greeley.
