Betty Jean Larsen of Greeley, formerly of Brush, died on Sunday, June 18, 2006 at the Hospice & Palliative Care of Northern Colorado Inpatient Unit in Greeley. She was born on July 30, 1941 in Eckley, Colorado to Melvin and Pauline (Riley) Lamb. Betty married Euel Larsen on November 28, 1957 in Brush. They lived in Morgan County for all of their married life until moving to Greeley in 1993. Mrs. Larsen worked as a bookkeeper in the agriculture industry and later as a community manager. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved to crochet, cook, scrapbooking, camp with her husband Euel and spend time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Euel Larsen of Greeley; a son, Freddie Larsen of Sterling; 3 daughters and their husbands, Melanie and Brent Langdon of Greeley, Pam and Tim Hernandez of Ft. Morgan and Shelly and Shawn Davis of Wiggins; 7 grandchildren, Jamie and Eric Langdon, Matthew Hernandez & his fiance' Jackie Sipes, Kyle Hernandez, Tyler Davis and Chaundra Davis and a brother, Clayton Lamb of Snyder, Colorado. She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Violet Lamb and a brother, Dean Lamb. A memorial service to celebrate Betty's lfie will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
