Billie Crownover - 74, born July 19, 1934 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, passed in her Greeley Manor home on September 23, 2008. Billie graduated from West High School in Denver in 1952. A long time resident of Denver, Billie moved to Greeley in 2004 to be closer to family.
Billie's biggest joy and greatest accomplishment was her family. She will be fondly and frequently remembered by her family and many friends for her generous, accepting heart. Billie will be dearly missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to meet her. The world was a better place because of Billie.
Billie is survived by her father, Clarence Harrelson of Denver; her brother, Robert Walrath of Lakewood; daughter, Johna Cass of Greeley; granddaughters, Brooke Minkel of Greeley, and Brandy Desbien of Westminster; and great granddaughters Korynn Minkel and Amber Kimpe of Greeley.
Funeral Services will be held for Billie on Wednesday, October 1st, at Fort Logan Cemetery at 11:30am. A memorial service to celebrate her life will also be held on Wednesday the 1st at Greeley Manor from 4 to 6pm in the Friendship Room.
