Brandon John Duran, beloved son, brother and friend passed into eternity on Monday, October 12, 2015 at the young age of 26. He was born on December 29, 1988 in Greeley, Colorado to Ben and Rhonda Duran. Brandon attended Greeley schools and graduated from Northridge High School in 2006. He worked in the industrial field.
Brandon loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He loved country music, watching the Broncos with his granny, and spending time with his children. Brandon was a warm hearted soul who was deeply devoted to his family. He was kind, generous and thoughtful. He was a sensitive person who exhibited love, compassion and empathy for others. His family is saddened that a life with such promise has ended so soon. But, they find hope and comfort knowing he is now home with his Savior, Jesus Christ.
He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Ben and Rhonda Duran, a brother Christopher Duran, a sister Bryanna Duran; grandparents, Judy Duran, Al & Judy Turner, and Earl & Sudy Erbes; his children, T.J., Audrey and Remington Duran; his aunts Rebecca Bolei, Bobbie Erbes, and Sheri Potteroff; uncles, Kip Duran, Rick Erbes, and Ron Erbes; a large extended family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Ben and Tilly Duran and his beloved grandfather John (Tut) Duran.
A Celebration of Brandon’s life will be held 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, Evans, Colorado 80620. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. directly before the service.
