Brandon Lloyd, 33 of Fort Collins, formerly of Greeley, died on Monday, January 9, 2006 at his home following a lengthy struggle with heart illness.
He was born on July 28, 1972 in Greeley to John E. and Patricia L. (Clizbe) Lloyd.
Brandon graduated from University High School in 1991 and later attended Aims Community College and later Casper Community College in Casper, Wyoming. He worked for a landscape company in Ft. Collins until he became ill. He was a very loyal C.S.U. and Denver Broncos Fan who loved the outdoors and skiing. He also enjoyed watersports including rafting and jet skiing. He was known for his wit and sense of humor. Survivors include his parents, Patty & John Lloyd of Greeley; a brother and his wife, Jason and Kathy Lloyd of Highlands Ranch; aunts and uncles, Nancy & Steve Johnson of Casper, Wyoming, Pam and Roy Briscoe of Albequerque, New Mexico and Jim Lloyd of Apple Valley, California; 2 special aunts, Margaret Powers of Spokane, Washington and Peggy Bagner of Casper, Wyoming; a cousin, Kelly Haught of Greeley and he especially loved his nieces and nephews, Cayden, Maddockson, Jennica and Katelyn all of Highlands Ranch, Colorado and he is also survived by his beloved dog and companion, Rain. He is preceded in death by his brother, Kip Lloyd.
A memorial service to celebrate Brandon's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 3800 W. 20th Street. Inurnment will be in Trinity Memorial Gardens.
