Carl D. Perkins, 46, of Greeley passed away on May 24, 2016 at the North Colorado Medical Center surrounded by family.

He was born February 26, 1970 to Francis R. and Nancy E. (Raschke) Perkins in Madison, Wisconsin. He worked as a professional residential painter and was a volunteer fireman with the Milliken Fire Department. He loved old country music and all animals, particularly cats.

Carl is survived by his 3 brothers, Frank, James and Larry Perkins, his 2 sisters, Charity Davis and Ellen Palmer and his step-dad, Darrell Smith.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
