Carlos "Neto" Ernesto Preza-Sosa, 48, passed away February 16, 2023, in Greeley, Colorado. He was born February 22, 1974, to Margarita Sosa-Flores and Andres Antonio Preza-Caballero in El Salvador.

The family re-located to California where he attended school at North Hollywood High School. A few years after, the family then moved to Colorado, where he ended up settling. Carlos had the opportunity to work multiple jobs that he was interested in, such as a Corrections Officer, a Trucker, and an Oil Rig Roughneck. His work journey ended with JBS in 2020.

Carlos was known for being a very hard worker but on his free time he enjoyed playing soccer, swimming, listening to music, traveling, and dancing. Carlos was a bit of a food connoisseur, he truly appreciated being able to try all different types of cuisines, getting more than one entrée, every time. He especially enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. His humor, laugh and smile will be missed deeply by all who knew him.

Carlos is survived by his mother, Margarita Chavez, his sons Carlos Preza-Castro and Abraham Preza, his daughters Karina Preza, Casandra Preza, and Jessica Preza, brothers Jose Preza, Angel Preza, Mario Preza, Luis Preza and Vicente Preza, sisters Rosa Barrera, Maria Mayorga and Erica Preza.

He was preceded by his father, Andres Antonio Preza-Caballero.

A memorial visitation will take place, Sunday, February 26, 2023, inside the Moser Funeral Service Chapel from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Linn Grove Cemetery on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
