Catherine Ann Meisburger (née Brodie), 88, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away September 2, 2016.

Known as Ann, she was born December 20, 1927 in Grand Junction, Colorado, the daughter of Charles and Mallie Brodie. Ann grew up in the mid-west, and was a graduate of the University of South Dakota. She married Edward P. Meisburger in 1952. Ed and Ann lived happily together for 58 years, until he passed in 2010. After raising her children, Ann went back to school, earning a Masters Degree in Counselling from Mississippi State University.

She worked as a substance abuse counselor until she and Ed retired to Green Valley, Arizona, where she lived until moving to Greeley in 2015. She loved football and sewing and her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Ann’s first child, Mary, predeceased her, but she is survived by four of her five children, Eddie, Margaret, Tim and Kathryn, ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was loved and will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

A service will be held for Ann on Wednesday, September 7, at 2:00 at Grace Point in Greeley, CO.
