Chandra Lynn Gates, 34 of Greeley, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 in Lucerne, Colorado.
She was born November 17, 1982 to Bryan & Ginger Clermont in Greeley, Colorado. She attended Aims Community College in 2008. She was a loving mother and very outgoing and loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her father, Bryan Clermont, a daughter, Danielle Pinney, a granddaughter, 2 sisters, and a brother.
She is preceded in death by her mother, grandparents, and an uncle.
Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel.
