Chris Jeoffrey Johnson, 50, born January 17th, 1971, in Denver, Colorado passed away in Hudson, Colorado on January 6th, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, Hal Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Stacy Johnson (Sharp), his children, Mackenzie Johnson and Hunter Johnson, his mother, Kristine (Kris) Johnson, his sister Dawn (Dawna) Johnson, his niece, Brandi Gates and her children, Leighlah, Axle and Diesel Elder.
Chris was born in Denver, Colorado but throughout his youth, his family moved multiple times. His places of residence included North Platte, Nebraska, Holts Summit, Missouri and Phoenix, Arizona. He lived in various places in Colorado, including Lakewood, Glenwood Springs, Arvada, Thornton, and Black Hawk (Gilpin County). He attended both Lakewood High School and Gilpin County High School. He studied Architectural Drafting and Design at Front Range Community College.
Chris loved spending time with his whole family. He truly was a family man and that extended to his closest friends and their families. He most enjoyed traveling with his wife, Stacy and their children to go camping, boating, visiting family and to make new memories while experiencing the world around them. He was a Broncos fan through and through. He loved playing pool and played in multiple tournaments in recent years while encouraging his children to learn to play as well. He enjoyed time spent with his father building engines and restoring old cars. He will be greatly missed by many.
A Memorial Service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 21st at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Ave. Evans, Colorado 80620.
