Christopher “Otis” Lopez, 52, of Evans, went to sleep in Jesus Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at the North Colorado Medical Center.

Christopher was born February 26, 1963 in Greeley, Colorado to Alfonso and Helen (Medina) Lopez. He received his education in Ft. Lupton and Milliken Elementary Schools. He graduated high school from the University of Lincoln, Nebraska.

Chris is survived by his parents; a son, Mark Sena of Denver; a daughter, Leah Rae Lopez of Greeley; brothers Jeff (Theresa) Lopez of Eaton, and Tim (Barbara) Lopez of Longmont; a sister, Elaine (Michael) King of Greeley; four nephews, Jeffrey (Jacossa) Lopez and Julian Lopez, all of Buena Vista, Michael Dearborn of Longmont, and Zachary King of Greeley; two nieces, Emilia Lopez of Denver and Chrystal Lopez of Evans; and his special uncle, Amadeo (Sam) Medina of Kersey.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1002 21st Avenue in Greeley.
