Colton Tuffs Fabrizius, 31, of Ault, Colorado, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026.

He was born on March 21, 1995, in Fort Collins, Colorado to Johnny T. and Sheryl L. (Tafoya) Fabrizius. He attended Eaton Schools, graduating from Eaton High School in 2013. He grew up farming from an early age, up until he joined his brother, Dylan, in a trucking business. Colton enjoyed the work greatly and worked hard at everything he did.

When he wasn’t working, Colton enjoyed being outdoors. He liked to hunt, fish, hike, and relax with a game of golf. Above all, he cherished spending time with his family and friends. Colton meant so much to so many, and his absence leaves a profound emptiness in the lives of those who loved him. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Bill Tafoya and Art Fabrizius.

Colton is survived by his parents, John and Sheryl Fabrizius of Ault; his brother, Dylan John Fabrizius and Amber Fabrizius of Eaton; his sister, Jayden Fabrizius of Eaton; his grandmothers, Edna Tafoya and Pat Fabrizius; his nieces, Grace, Rylee, Shaylynn, and Presley Fabrizius; and cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 11th Avenue in Evans, CO 80620. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at the Evangelical Free Church of Eaton, 1325 3rd St, Eaton, CO 80615. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Ault Cemetery in Ault, CO.
