Crespin “Chris” Castillega Sr. passed away on August 28, 2020 in Greeley, he was 54 years old. He was born July 22, 1966 to Angelina Tobar and Raimundo Castillega Sr. in Greeley, Colorado.

Chris was a hard-working father who loved to fish and listen to music. He also loved watching his beloved Broncos play as well as watching UFC fights. He enjoyed hanging out with friends, his boys, his grandchildren, and his nephew Jeremiah.

Chris is survived by his mother, Angelina Castillega; his sons, Crespin (Judith) Castillega Jr., and Dillon (Vanessa) Castillega all of Greeley, Colorado; his brothers, Raimundo (Denise) Castillega Jr. of Longmont, Colorado, Frank (Holly) Castillega, Casey (Gina) Castillega, and sister, Angie (Joaquin) Morado, all of Greeley, Colorado; and his 3 grandchildren, Taven, Alexander and Elijah.

He is preceded in death by his father, Raimundo Castillega Sr., and his sisters, Marian Allen and Brenda Castillega.

Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, in Evans, with recitation of the rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., a graveside service will be 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Linn Grove Cemetery in Greeley.
