Cruz R. Palacio, 52, of Milliken passed away on September 5, 2014 at his home. Cruz was born on September 16, 1961 in Hutchinson KS to Cruz and Teresa Palacio. In 1972 Cruz moved to Johnstown with his family. He served four years in the US Army. He was employed by Civico, in Johnstown. On May 15, 2001 he married his wife Lourdes Palacio Cruz is survived by his wife Lourdes Palacio of Milliken; his mother, Teresa Palacio of Milliken; two sisters Pat Palacio (Brenda Hernandez) of Milliken & Jane Palacio (Martin Derrera) of Greeley; two Brothers Tony Palacio of Denver and Javier Palacio of Greeley; three daughters Vivian Gomez (Adam) of Milliken, Samantha Palacio of Milliken and Sarah Palacio of Milliken; three granddaughters, Jennessa, Janae, and Sienna; four nephews and five nieces and numerous great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cruz Palacio memorial fund at Wells Fargo Bank. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday September 11, 2014 followed by Recitation of Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans. Catholic funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 12, 2014 at the Grace Community Church, 2033 W. South 1st Street in Johnstown. Interment Johnstown Cemetery.
