Darlene Clark, 63, of Greeley died at her home on November 11, 2008.
On the morning of November 11, 2008 we lost one of the most loving, kindest, gentle hearted women that we were lucky to have had love us. Darlene, Mom, Teeha, Best Friend and last but not least Grandma, as she was called - has gone home to our lord. She was at a very happy time in her life with lots of plans ahead of her. There was no indication that we were about to lose her it was sudden and out of the blue and on her terms as was everything she did in her life. She went out her way.
Darlene 'Tee-Ha' Clark was born Feb 12,1945 in Long Beach and grew up in San Francisco. Tee'Ha enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, telling wonderful stories of her journeys in life. She always had a smile to share with everyone. She loved to read, watch hockey, talk about her T.V. shows; and get the latest news from friends. She was a guiding light to those around her. Her pride of being a Native American has always shone through in all that she did and said. She would give even when it didn't seem possible for her to do so.
She is survived by: Her daughter MaryMae Lorenzi, son-in-law John Lorenzi, and by her greatly adored grandchildren Ian and Julian Lorenzi. Her extended family include: Rondal Perry, Kimber Perry, Brandon Perry, Kerra Perry, Kaley Perry, Brenda Siegel, Shannon Perry, Garrett Perry, Allec Blanco, Kimberly Toupin, William Knowles, Amanda Knowles, Charly, Sean, Becky, Karen, and Chris. She would have also liked to have mentioned her cats: Jade, Precious and Mariah. She will be missed greatly by them and by all of her friends and neighbors. We will miss her always.
Services: A celebration of her life will be held at her residence on Thanksgiving Day.
Notes: In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations by made to the Tee'Ha Memorial Fund at: the Academy Bank of Greeley for the benefit of her grandchildren's education. The can be sent in care of Moser Funeral Service, 3501 S. 11th Avenue, Evans, Colorado 80620.
