David Joseph Surber's Obituary
David Joseph Surber, 52, of Greeley died on July 2, 2015 in Greeley at Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado.
He was born on March 29, 1963 in Stockton, California to Russell and Elizabeth (Seay) Surber.
David worked construction in Colorado. He was a big Broncos fan. David loved life and his family and friends. He was always caring and giving to all.
David is survived by his parents, Liz Renfro, of Greeley, and Russ Surber and stepmother Gloria, of Stockton, California; his brother, Mike Surber; and his daughter, Gena. He is preceded in death by his brother, Kurt Surber.
A special thanks to North Colorado Medical Center B – Wing and Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado.
David will be missed by many friends and family.
Memorial contributions can be made out to Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado.
