Dean LaVonne Baker, 59 of Greeley, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 in Greeley.
He was born on August 9, 1954 in Greeley to Max and Roberta (Ulrich) Baker.
Mr. Baker worked as a forklift operator for Economy Lumber in Greeley and later transferred to Denver Economy Lumber which became BMC West. He worked for them until his health would no longer allow it.
Survivors include his sons, Steven Baker and wife Deanna of Arkansas and Anthony Baker and wife Crystal of Denver; his daughter, Kati Spears and husband Mark of Texas; grandchildren, Lilah, Andria, Bridget, John, Ryely, Orchid, Marcus and Phoenix; 2 brothers, Donald Baker & wife Becky of LaSalle and Daniel Baker & wife Debra of Greeley. He is preceded in death by his parents, Max Baker and Roberta "Bobbie" Good, a brother, David Baker and grandparents, Henry and Gladys Ulrich.
A memorial service to celebrate Dean's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
