Debra VanCleave, 53 of Greeley, Colorado died on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at the Hospice & Palliative Care of Northern Colorado Inpatient Unit. She was born on August 4, 1954 in Loveland, Colorado to Nicomedes and Dora (Griego) Ornelas. Debra married Donald VanCleave on November 28, 1981 in Perry Iowa. The couple moved to Greeley in 1994. Survivors include her husband, Donald VanCleave of Greeley; 2 daughters, Tara Hamilton of Colorado Springs, CO and LucindaKay Van Cleave of Greeley; 4 sisters, Beverly Gorman of Ft. Collins, Colorado, Suzi Perea of Denver, Colorado, Norma Ornelas of Greeley and Laura Ornelas of Loveland and 4 brothers, Jack Ornelas of Montana, Anthony Ornelas and Robert Ornelas both of Ft. Collins and Michael Ornelas of Greeley. She is preceded in death by her parents, Nicomedes and Dora Ornelas. A memorial service to celebrate Debra's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 25, 2008 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans. Cremation.
