Obituary

Donald J. "Don" Foster, 54, of Greeley, died on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood.
He was born on October 25, 1955 in Denver, Colorado to James Eddie and Clare (Steinhart) Foster.
Don lived in Greeley for much of his life and graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1975. He married Sandra Harryman Ford on September 19, 2007 in Greeley.
He owned and operated Foster-Johnson Drywall for 25 years and later went into the construction trades. He was a member of David's Tent Fellowship in Eaton. He enjoyed riding his Harley, target shooting, hunting, racing motorcycles and skydiving. He especially loved playing with his granddaughters.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Foster; a daughter, Krista Plate and her husband Ryan; two granddaughters, Reina and Ambry Plate; two sisters, Valerie Foster and Janice Mossberg and husband Randy, four brothers and their wives, Dave and Cathy Foster, Dan and Terry Foster, Steve and Cathy Foster and Ed and Laura Foster. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Clare Foster.
A memorial service to celebrate Don's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the First Church Of The Nazarene, 2515 West 16th Street in Greeley.
