Earl John Hart passed away December 9, 2024, at his home in Greeley, CO with his family at his bedside.
Earl was born May 2, 1939, to Everett Arthur and Rose Margaret (Lovejoy) Hart in Knox County, NE.

Earl grew up on a farm in northeast Nebraska and was the third of four children. He attended rural schools in Knox County and graduated from Niobrara, NE High School in 1957. Earl married LaVerna Randall, the daughter of Roy and Beth Randall of Crawford, NE on September 24, 1962. To this union two sons were born, Kenneth and Robert.

Earl worked as a heavy equipment operator, a factory machine operator, and was a self-employed salesman until his health failed. In retirement, Earl and LaVerna enjoyed traveling many places in the United States and Canada.

Earl is survived by LaVerna, his wife of 62 years, and one brother, Ralph Hart of North Platte, NE; two sons, Kenneth (Lori) Hart of Greeley, CO and Robert (Joni) Hart of Gillette, WY, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Earl was proceeded in death by his parents, a brother, Harold Hart, and a sister, Margaret (Hart) Tinnell.

The Memorial Service will be on January 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Moser Funeral Home in Evans, CO and interment will be at the Crawford Cemetery in Crawford, NE on a later date.
