Lillie Torres, 76, of Eaton, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021, at Centennial Health Care in Greeley.

She was born May 20, 1945, in Texas to Toby & Ramona (Gonzales) Torres. She has lived in Eaton, Colorado since 2000.

Lillie worked at various jobs including as part of the lunch staff for District 6 and for the Eaton School District as a janitor. She loved cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons, Oscar (Cheryl) and John (Erin) Torres, sisters, Jane (Lee) Zamora, Mary (George) Garcia, and Maggie Vasquez, a brother-in-law, Jim Dalton, and 7 grandchildren, Ethan, Sophia, Sawyer, Vanessa, Victor, Elesticia, and Christian, and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Toby & Ramona Torres, a son, Victor Betancourt, and three sisters, Amy Dalton, Yolanda (Cruz) Trevino, and Olivia (Guadalupe) Guzman, and a brother-in-law, Jesse Vasquez.

A Celebration of Lillie's life will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at the Bethel Family Praise Center, 19950 CR 78 in Eaton. Inurnment Eaton Cemetery.
