Ettamay Kuneman, 84, of Milliken, Colorado, passed away August 22, 2006 in Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado inpatient unit in Greeley. She was born to Byron and Florence Kingsley on December 20, 1921 in Jackson, Michigan. She lived in Michigan until 1986 when she and her husband Donald moved to Florida. In 1997 they moved to Colorado to be near their daughter and her family. Ettamay was a member of Grace Community Church in Johnstown, Celebrate Recovery, and the Red Hat Society. She faithfully served God as a Sunday school volunteer and enjoyed working with the young women at The Villa. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, quilting, reading, painting, and bible studies. When she was younger she enjoyed fishing, camping, and collecting shells on the beach. She is survived by her sister Patricia and husband Delmar Moulton of Tucson, Arizona; brother John Robert and wife Susan Kingsley of Jackson, Michigan; daughter Jane and husband Jarold Mentzer of Milliken, Colorado; son Donald and wife Dorothy Kuneman of Dover, Delaware; grandchildren Sherri and husband Chad Steele of Milliken, Colorado, Tera Miller of Dundee, Michigan, Maia and husband Tony Richardson of Milliken, Colorado, Christine and husband PJ Dirks of Georgetown, Delaware, Daniel Kuneman of Dover, Delaware, Douglas and wife Shawna Kuneman of Dover, Delaware, and Steven Kuneman of Wyoming, Delaware; and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald, daughter Diane, five brothers, and one sister. Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, August 25 at 7:00 pm at Cornerstone E-Free Church in Johnstown.
