Frank Gilbert Guerrero Jr., 86 of Greeley went home to be with the Lord on April 28, 2023.

He was born on February 4, 1937. in Greeley, Colorado. Frank lived in Greeley for all of his life. Frank was a member of St. Peters Catholic church and a U.S. Army veteran. He also worked at UNC for several years. He loved being outdoors, fishing, cars, playing cards, watching sports, staying busy with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Anyone who knew Frank also knew how much he enjoyed helping others. His sense of humor, smile, and willingness to always help others will be forever missed but never forgotten. He truly was one of a kind.

Survivors include his three sons, Michael, Corey and Ron Guerrero; siblings Pete Guerrero, Teresa Hernandez, Bernice Bernal, and Margaret Mendoza. He had 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife Maria Guerrero and grandson Matthew Guerrero; his parents Frank and Maria Guerrero; his siblings Lupe Torres, George, Joseph, Tony and John Guerrero.

A service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 12th, 2023, at St. Peters Catholic Church (915 12th St in Greeley). Interment will follow at Linn Grove Cemetery. A reception will be held following the burial services at St. Peter's Church.
