Gary Wilber Wood, 72 of Greeley, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 1, 2018 in his home in Greeley with some of his family present by his bedside. He will be joining his mom, Lillian Pound, dad, Wilber Wood and sister, Florine Wood in Heaven. He was born August 21, 1945 in Greeley.

Gary was in hospice at his home for a year and was taken care of by his family so his last year could be spent with the people he loved. He always tried to keep his spirits up and was glad to be at his home through it all. He was a wonderful dad, papa and was loved very much and will be dearly missed. He always gave very unselfishly and was always there when the people he loved needed him. We love you dad/papa! We will carry your memory in our hearts forever.

Survivors include a son, Rory Wood, daughters, Kyndra & Katie, daughter Stacy Grey, grandsons, Trevor, Tylor, Zackary, Dylan and Brayden, and great grandkids, Bella, Kali, Taylor, Paisley, Breckon, Hunter and Rayne, daughter Stephany Wood and granddaughters, Shelby, Shylo, and Saydee, and great grand baby, Zurri.
