Gene Stewart, 57, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015 at the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.

Gene was born on August 13, 1958 in Tribune Kansas to Jim Stewart and Donita Stewart Price. He graduated from Greeley Central High School. He later married Jane Stewart. He was a member of both the Grand Prairie Gun Club and the Dallas Gun Club, where he loved to skeet shoot, as well as a member of the Greeley – Evans Moose Lodge.

Gene is survived by his wife, Jane Stewart of Dallas, Texas; his father, Jim Stewart of Greeley, Colorado; his mother, Donita Price of Lamar, Colorado; his sons, Ian and York Stewart, both of the Dallas area; a brother, Kenneth Stewart of Salt Lake City, Nevada; a sister, Debbie Day of Lamar, Colorado; and one grandson, Marcus Stewart.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the club house of the Grand Prairie Gun Club.
