George Lee Brown's Obituary
George Lee Brown, 84, of Greeley, died January 6, 2015 at the Bonell Good Samaritan Center.
He was born on February 22, 1930 in Sterling, CO to Francis and Caroline Ulrich. He joined the Army in 1953 and served 2 years. He married Beatrice Carey in 1957. They raised 7 children in Greeley. He spent most of his life farming in Weld County.
He is survived by his brothers Francis and Edward; sisters Louise and Margaret; 5 sons George, Bill, and James Brown of Greeley, Ronald Brown of Fallon, NV, and Larry Brown of San Antonio, TX; 2 daughters, Joyce White of Ault, CO, and Rita Servin of Loveland, CO; as well as 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandsons.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife Beatrice Brown, 2 brothers Paul and Joe Brown, sister Marie Sheppard, his parents and grandson Brian Brown.
Services will be held at 10:00 A.M.on Monday, January 12, 2015 at the Moser funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Ave in Evans. Interment following at Sunset Memorial Gardens
