George Thomas J. Tulk, 38, of LaSalle, passed away April 20, 2011 at North Colorado Medical Center Hospice. George was born February 27, 1973 to Jim and Ileen (Chrismen) Tulk in Greeley, Colorado. George attended LaSalle Elementary and North Valley Middle Schools in LaSalle. He received his G.E.D August 8, 1994. George was an avid landscaper for his family and friends. He was blessed with a spectacular green thumb. He also enjoyed fishing and playing games with his nephews and his niece. George was also a fan of the Colorado Avalanche hockey team. He loved spending time caring for his animals of many species. George will be sadly missed by his family and friends. George is survived by the love of his life, Bob Saxon, his mother, Ileen Tulk, and his sisters, Diane and Laurie Tulk, nephews, Justin and Jamie Beach, niece, Ashlie Tulk, and his great friends Ron Gnadt and Walter Harris. He is preceded in death by his father Jim Tulk, his aunt, Nancy Tulk, his grandparents and his beloved cat, Whiskey A memorial service to celebrate George's life will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
