Gloria Ponce, 69, of Greeley, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley.

She was born November 5, 1951 in Devine, Texas to Relles & Maria (Cortinas) Garza. In 1977, she married Rafael Ponce. She has lived in Greeley since 1962.

Gloria enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. She like going to the mountains and enjoyed listening to music. She loved Mexican food, cookouts, KFC and M & M's. She was a faithful Catholic and a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.

She is survived by her spouse, Rafael Ponce of Chihuahua, Mexico, a son, Rafael "Junior" Ponce of Greeley, a daughter, Stella (Juan) Martinez of Greeley, granddaughters, Abrina Ponce, Destiney "Mari" Rojas, Aubreana "Aubre" Rojas, Lluvia "Crystal" Rojas, and Auriah Ponce Lujan, grandsons, Federico "Junior" Rojas, and Elijah Garcia, and great granddaughter, Adileya Chavez, brothers, Relles "Johnny" Jr. (Janie) Garza, Marcos "Paco" (Candy) Garza, Armando "Mando (Lisa) Garza, Gilbert (Cecilia "Cece") Garza and Raymond Garza, sisters, Jane "Janie" (Jeff) Benusa, Delores "Lola" (Francisco "Javier) Garza Chavez, Erma "Irma" (Roy) Elizalde, Aurora Garza, Josie Garza, and Martina Garza.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Relles & Maria Garza, an infant brother, Robert Garza, and brothers, Luis & Ramiro Garza, and sisters, Armandina "Mime" Ramirez and Diamantina "Tina" Mendoza.

Visitation will be 2:00-5:00 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 with Recitation of the Rosary at 4:00 p.m. all at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans, Colorado. A reception will follow from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Kimberly's Event Center, 1029 8th Avenue in Greeley.
