Guadalupe “Lupito” Mota Jordan, 76, of Greeley, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at home.
He was born March 6, 1944 to Guadalupe Mota and Francisca Jordan in Chihuahua, Mexico. He attended elementary school in Mexico but has lived in Greeley since 1980. He worked as a sheepherder until 1990. On August 19, 1987, he married Maria Carrasco in Greeley.
He was a member of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church and enjoyed reading, watching baseball and cooking.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Jordan, his sons, Andres Martinez, Alex & Jorge Carrasco, his daughters, Laura & Adrianna Jordan, and 10 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020 with Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans, Colorado.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 1311 3rd Street in Greeley, Colorado. Interment at Linn Grove Cemetery.
