Harold Lebsack, 90, died on March 22, 2020 at Fairacres Manor. He was born February 14, 1930 in Iliff, Colorado to Dave and Marie Lebsack, the second of eight children.
He married Lucy Lamm, June 4, 1950 in Greeley, Colorado. They had six children. They later divorced and he married Frances Gaines, July 31, 2008.
He served 3 years in the Colorado National Guard. He also worked at the Greeley Sugar factory and worked as a hired man for area farmers. He and his family moved to Ault in 1958 and he started farming on his own. He retired from farming in 2002. He then drove
truck for area farmers during harvest.
He is survived by his wife Frances of Pierce, her daughter Kimberly Burton of California, and her 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his children, Dave (Kim) Lebsack of Evans, Celia (Kelvin) Kirkpatrick of Pierce, Sandy (Mike) Pope of Greeley, Kim (Gene) Peterson of Pierce, and Keith (Mary) Lebsack of Eaton, siblings Victor (Zane) Lebsack, Eleanor Comstock, Wilbur (Connie) Lebsack, Sharlane (Gerald) Moser, Shirley (Vern) Bauer, and Allen (Teri) Lebsack. Also 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, a brother Reuben Lebsack and his wife Carol, son Brad Lebsack, and daughter-in-law, Jackie Lebsack.
Private family services will be held.
