Harvey “Rick” Shaffer, 74, of Greeley, passed away on Friday 13, 2019 at UC Health.
He was born December 16, 1944 in Coshocton, Ohio to Harold & Bessie Shaffer. On March 3, 2014, he
married Regina Steinmiller Cleveland in Greeley. Rick worked as a pipefitter.
Survivors include his wife, Regina Shaffer of Greeley, a stepson, Nathan Cleveland and family, and a niece, Jana Ramseier.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Bessie Shaffer.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
