Heather Dawn Jaehn, 40, of Eaton died on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at the North Colorado Medical Center from complications of a brain hemorrhage. She was born in Longmont, Colorado on October 6, 1967 to Ronald J. and Linda Jo (Grove) Jaehn. Heather attended Skyline High School in Longmont. She was a dedicated employee for over 20 years at Comcast Cable Company. There, she started as a dispatcher and worked her way up to management. She was to be initiated into Eastern Star at Grand Assembly next month. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, bowling, and loved purple! Everyone was always happy to see Heather. She always managed a smile even in the hardest of times. She was always helping those around her, even people she hardly knew. She was a compassionate, supportive friend and a devoted mother. Our time with her was cut much too short and she will be very sadly missed by all those whose lives she touched. Survivors include her son, Trevor Jaehn of Eaton; her mother, Linda Morris of Eaton; her father and step - mother, Ron and Pat Jaehn of Eaton; her brother, Sean Jaehn and his wife Annette of Greeley and her niece and nephew, Hannah and Seth Jaehn of Greeley. She is preceded in death by her grandparents and her step-father, Tommie Morris. A memorial service to celebrate Heather's life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
