Joyce Helseth, 52 of Modesto, California, formerly of Greeley, Colorado died on Friday, November 9, 2007 at her home.
She was born on February 26, 1955 in Denver, Colorado to Howard E. and Julia (Zoglo) Dansdill. She graduated from the Nederland High School in Nederland, CO. She later attended Metropolitan State College in Denver where she earned her bachelor's degree in Journalism. Joyce lived in Greeley from 1990 until 1993 where she worked various jobs including working for Bonell good Samaritan Center. She enjoyed spending time with her son Russell and tried to be involved in his activities.
Survivors include her son, Russell Helseth of California; her parents, Howard and Julia Dansdill of Greeley; 2 sisters, Judy Dansdill of Seattle, WA and Pat Simonds of Greeley; a brother, Larry Dansdill of Northglenn, CO; 2 nephews, Anthony Dansdill of Northglenn, CO and Eric Simonds of Kersey; a niece, Lisa Simonds of Colorado Springs, CO and her husband, Larry Helseth of California.
A memorial service to celebrate Joyce's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans.
