Maria "Inez" Bedan, 76, of LaSalle, Colorado passed away peacefully December 16, 2022, with family by her side. She was born September 23, 1946, to Tomas and Felicitas (Castillo) Moreno in Creedmoor, Texas.

She was a 1966 graduate of Eaton High School, and on June 28, 1969, she was married to Andy Bedan at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Through the years, Inez was employed with Bailey's, Sears, and the Greeley School District.

Inez was a faithful Catholic, and a skilled antique collector and seller. She loved music, and her favorite was Elvis Presley. She loved to dance and sing, and she was an amazing cook and baker. She enjoyed playing poker, attending car shows with Andy and their friends Steve and Eddie, and family road trips. Inez was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be missed by all that knew her.

Inez is survived by her husband Andy Bedan, her sons Tom (Jennifer) Bedan, and Robert (Cindy) Bedan, brothers Abelino "Tex" (Charlene) Ancira, and Manuel (Barbara) Moreno, her sister Santos (Celestino) Ponce, and 1 grandchild, Kaylee Belle Bedan.

She is preceded in death by her parents Tomas and Felicitas Moreno.

On Thursday, January 5, 2022, a Praying of the Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Greeley at 10:30 a.m. with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. A reception will be held at Island Grove Event Center immediately following the service. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date.
