Janice Elaine Ehrlich, 91, of Eaton, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at her home.
She was born December 30, 1932, in South Gate, California to Royal Roberts and Gladys Vivian (Little) Eagon. She was a 1950 graduate of Excelsior High School in Norwalk, California and later went on to graduate from Arizona Bible Institute in Phoenix, Arizona where she met her future husband. On May 28, 1956, Janice married Robert L. Ehrlich in Bellflower, California.
Those who knew Janice were familiar with her sharp wit and her love for wearing pinks and lavenders. Janice was an experienced seamstress, sewing clothes for her own children and later making baby blankets for several of the grandchildren. In addition to caring for their four children, Janice helped Robert on the farm. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and making homemade greeting cards for friends and family. Janice was very active in Christian Women's Club for many years, attended Eaton Evangelical Free Church, and was a member of Eaton Community Church at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Ehrlich, two sons, Steven (Laura) and Larry (Michelle) Ehrlich, a daughter, Susan Khoshnevis, daughter-in-law Jamie, 18 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her parents, Royal and Gladys Eagon, a son, Peter Ehrlich and two brothers, Larry and Robert Eagon.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024, from 4-7:00 p.m. at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 11th Avenue in Evans, Colorado. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the Eaton Community Church, 1561 Benjamin Drive in Eaton, Colorado. Interment at the Eaton Cemetery.
Memorial gifts may be made in Janice's name to the Eaton Community Church Youth Group, in care of the "Truth Seekers Youth"
