Jeremy Shane Horton, 22, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away Friday, June 20, 2014 as a result of an automobile accident. Jeremy was born on July 16, 1991 in Brighton, Colorado to Thomas Delaney and Tammy Horton. He enjoyed playing basketball, going fishing and hanging out with his son, Jordon Survivors include his mother, Tammy Horton of Dallas, currently of Ft. Lupton; his father, Steve Delaney, of Portland, Oregon; his son, Jordon Peyton Horton; his uncles, Tim Horton of Roggen, Tony & wife Josie Horton of Loveland, and Randy Horton of Payne Springs, Texas; his cousins, Dustin Reynolds of Loveland, and Scott Horton, JR, Danelle, Chris, and Richard all of Texas; and his best friend, Shade Tremble. Jeremy is preceded in death by his grandmother, Lafern Horton. A celebration of Jeremy's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Sanborn Park, 2031 28th Avenue in Greeley.
