James Arthur “Jim” DeBrock of LaSalle passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Hospice Inpatient Unit at NCMC.

He was born on January 6, 1933 in Superior, Wisconsin to Arthur L. and Nancy M. (Ross) DeBrock.

Mr. DeBrock served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 until 1955. He later married M. Syble Lee on February 3, 1955 in Superior, Wisconsin.

Survivors include his wife, M. Syble DeBrock; 3 sons, Michael J., Thomas A. and Russell L. DeBrock; 4 grandchildren, Josephine Bjorklund, James DeBrock, Jacob DeBrock and Thomas DeBrock, Jr. and 1 great grandchild, Iri Keller. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Nancy DeBrock, 1 grandchild, Christopher Langley and a sister, Elizabeth Andrews.

Visitation will be from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Moser Funeral Service Chapel, 3501 S. 11th Avenue in Evans. Private family graveside services will be held at Linn Grove Cemetery.
