Jo Ann (Christ) Theroux, 63, of Pierce passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, after a four year battle with Breast Cancer. Jo was born March 13, 1947 to Theodore and Velma (Wait) Christ in Greeley, Colorado. On December 3, 1965, she married Albert Theroux in Cherry Point, North Carolina. She served in the United States Marine Corps. Jo was a lifelong resident of Weld County and lived in Pierce, Colorado since 1966. She worked as a Rural Route Carrier for the United States Postal Service in Nunn and Pierce. She enjoyed shooting, fishing, quilting and spending time with family. Survivors include her husband, Al Theroux, 4 Children, Alyce (Daniel) Schmidt, Bryan Theroux, Vicky Theroux, and Katherine (Daniel) Venn, 3 Sisters, Bonnie (Gary) Row, Janet (James) Haberman, and Kellie (Gary) Anderson, 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorial gifts may be made to the Susan G.
