John Andrew Malavasic, 54, of Broomfield, Colorado, died October 24, 2016 at his residence.
John was born on October 16, 1962 to Richard John and Patricia (Setterland) Malavasic in Denver, Colorado.
He worked as a chef most of his life. He is an Army veteran serving from 1981-1984. He is survived by his mother, Pat, brothers Rick (Rae) of Boulder, David (Penny) of Thornton, and Joe (Patty) of Pennsylvania, one niece, and four nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Mountain View Evangelical Church on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Cremains will be interred at Fort Logan National Cemetery with Military Honors at a later date.
